Private Training

Private training, or one on one personal training offers personalized attention to your fitness program. We teach proper form, direction, and challenge you to a variety of strenuous moves that your body can handle whatever shape you may be in. Our main concern is to get you results while adapting life style habits of a good exercise regime and nutrition program. We currently offer personal training in Provo, Orem, Spanish Fork, and Cottonwood Heights. Here is some of what you get:

  • Free access to facility if you sign up for any of our programs
  • Measurements in 9 areas of your body in order to see every change that is happening
  • Customized training program to fit your personal needs, fitness level, and schedule
  • Filtered water and clean towels

 

 

*We never bind you in any long-term contracts, but all sessions purchased up front are non-refundable. They however do not expire. They are fully transferable
