Rudy is a very experienced trainer, specializing in building muscle and strength. Rudy has been one of our personal trainers in Provo for the last 4 years and many have been satisfied with her ability to help reach their goals. She has competed in figure competitions which demand a rigorous training schedule prior to performing on stage. She can train males or females, young and old, no matter the injury or setback you may have. She is very attentive to proper form and will push you to your limits.
