Kyra has been training a wide variety of clients, teaching group fitness classes, and observing and shadowing experienced personal trainers. Clients she worked with include: obese, diabetic, Parkinson’s, broken ribs, limited mobility, shoulder, knee, or back problems, weight loss, weight gain, postpartum, and hypertrophy focused individuals.
